The Irish Path is a series of four statues created by Daniel P. Reynolds that explore the struggles and achievements of Irish families who immigrated to the United States. At the center of the Path's story is Erin, the female representation of Ireland itself. The Path follows Erin as she shepherds her citizens throughout the defining moments of Irish-American history.
The South Shore of Boston is known as the "Irish Riviera" because it claims more Irish-identifying persons per capita than anywhere else in the world, outside of Ireland. Dan is working with the South Shore town of Marshfield, MA to install the project along a walking trail in the center of the town. Read more about the Irish Path on the Marshfield Mariner.
